About 10 years ago, Naima obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Otago. Since then, she has been fortunate to practice in New Zealand, Australia, and Canada.

Throughout her career, she has experienced several injuries, and each time a physiotherapist has assisted her in reducing pain, easing frustration, and empowering her to manage her rehabilitation. This is the same approach that she takes in her practice.

Naima strongly believes that effective communication between the client and the physiotherapist is crucial for a successful rehabilitation journey. Both parties must complete their assigned tasks.

Naima’s treatment methods typically involve manual therapy techniques such as joint mobilization and soft tissue release, as well as modalities like a shockwave, ultrasound, and neuromuscular stimulation for pain management. She also prescribes exercise and pain management techniques for clients to carry out independently.

Naima finds treating a wide range of conditions enjoyable, but she has a particular interest in post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, sports-related injuries, vestibular rehabilitation, post-concussion therapy, postural rehabilitation, and conditioning.

During her leisure time, Naima enjoys going for runs, hikes, watching rugby, and catching up on her favorite shows.

Vikrant completed his Masters in Advancing Physiotherapy (Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy) back in 2012 from the Sheffield Hallam University, United Kingdom.

With a specialization in Musculoskeletal and Vestibular rehabilitation, I am deeply committed to offering comprehensive care to individuals dealing with a spectrum of mobility and balance issues.

Bringing 13 years of hands-on experience to the table, I adopt a holistic approach to patient care, recognizing the intricate connections between these bodily systems.

My journey in physiotherapy was sparked by a desire to aid my aging parents, which evolved into a profound satisfaction in assisting others in overcoming movement and functional challenges.

Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in assessing and treating musculoskeletal injuries, chronic pain, and post-operative conditions through continuous professional development and practical experience.

My therapy style blends hands-on techniques with evidence-based practices, allowing for tailored treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique needs and objectives.

In addition to Musculoskeletal rehabilitation, my specialization extends to vestibular physiotherapy, where I address inner ear disorders impacting balance and spatial orientation. Whether it’s vertigo, dizziness, or balance impairments, I deploy specialized techniques and exercises to aid patients in reclaiming stability and confidence in their daily lives.

I firmly believe in empowering patients through education, encouragement, and ongoing support. By fostering a collaborative partnership, I aim to inspire individuals to actively engage in their recovery journey and realize their full potential.

Beyond clinical practice, I’m committed to community outreach and professional education endeavors, sharing my expertise with colleagues and the broader community to enhance awareness and understanding of musculoskeletal and vestibular health.

It’s a privilege to serve as a trusted ally and partner in my patients’ quest for improved mobility, function, and overall well-being.
